Terms of Use

Last updated: August 23, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of hitrandom.com and the random tools published there (collectively, "HitRandom" or the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the site.

The Service

HitRandom offers free browser-based utilities for generating random numbers, shuffling lists, making decisions, and related tasks. Features may change, expand, or be removed as we improve the site. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

No warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Random outputs are intended for everyday, educational, and entertainment use. Do not rely on HitRandom alone for high-stakes gambling, legally regulated lotteries, cryptographic key generation, or other security-critical purposes without independent review and appropriate professional processes.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use HitRandom lawfully and in good faith. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass rate limits imposed by your network, scrape the Service in a way that impairs performance, or use generated content to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The HitRandom name, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the tools for personal and commercial purposes as outputs you generate, but you may not copy or republish substantial portions of the site itself without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HitRandom and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on random results.

Updates

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
